24Nov'12-TPY central Carnival-stage

24th Nov from 1.30 pm, SMC team did a stage performance for the TPY Central AAC Carnival. Doris, Joanne, Ming n Mum + Esther (new comer) + a few elderly aunties from previous LYoga sessions came to support. This is the first time we used a CD. Saving the Movie from avi to mp4, the music muddled up - sorry about that ... hahaha!!!

Our 1 hour Laughter Yoga session on17th Nov 2012 at 1.30 pm is for the Rainbow Centres at Margaret Drive school. Too bad, only 40+ parents were available at the auditorium laughing with the SMC's team. Found 2 last minute amateur camera men ... the shooting is a little disappointing,  hahaha!!!  For this session, I was supported by CLYL-Eric, Joanne, Ming and mum. 

17Nov'12-KeeYew organic class

An assignment to play with more than 10 Level 2 - Organic Living students organized by Kee Yew at the Hort Park. I believe their short 20 mins. break is a good break for them ...see yourself in the movie ...hahaha!!! I was supported by: CLYL-Eric, Joanne, Ming and Mum.

4Nov12-TPY-AAC

Had a session at TPY Multi-purpose hall with more than 70 participants / residents from the TPY central. At least 10 residents who were present had attended at least 2 such sessions before - the reason ==>  simply because they love the fun and love to  laugh ... hahaha!!! This morning they were taught the Paida exercise this morning. I decided to incorporate laughter into the Paida exercise to help add the elements of fun and joy.  This session I was supported by Joanne, Doris, Ming and mum.

3rdNov-CrohnSG@SMU

We were invited to the Crohn Support group for a 1 hour session of laughter. After the warm-up only, many said they are happy, no stress, relax ...thinks the video is a proof of their more than 1 hour of  fun time.

Had Ming, Joanne and Mum supporting me at the session in SMU from 3.30 pm.

13Oct'12-Dementia caregiver@NUH

We were invited to laugh at the Dementia Appreciation Lunch for caregivers(only 20 pax turn up) held at NUH. This session I was supported by CLYL-Eleanor, LP-Joanne, Ming and mum.

It was indeed an eye-opener for most of the caregivers for they all have a jolly good time together with Mum the "star" attraction of the day. hahaha!!! 

7thOct'12-TPYCentralCC-AAC

Very grateful to Mabel for inviting us back to play with more than 70 elderly of TPY Central CC organized by the AAC(Active Aging Committee).  The session was overrun by more than 1 hr as the resident love it.
