Unfortunately, we can't show those laughable moments...hahaha!!!
OLive is an integrated approach to developing and enhancing staff well-being. It looks into the physical, emotional and social development of staff so as to enable them to achieve well-being in different aspects of their lives- self, family, work and community & environment.

Didn't know the olive is so precious...read ... quote...www.moeolive.org
Like the small olive fruit which is packed with wondrous nutrients for health and growth, OLive aims to promote staff well-being by providing opportunities for their social, emotional and physical growth.
However, just as the olive fruit can only become palatable after processing to remove the inherent bitterness, OLive aims
to motivate staff to take ownership of their own well-being and
actively work towards bringing meaning, vitality and exuberance to self,
family, work and community & environment.
Despite
changes in the world environment, olives trees are still very much
treasured and valued. They can live up to several centuries and remain
productive if they are pruned correctly and regularly. Drawing a lesson
from the resilience and sustenance of the olive tree, OLive will
engage staff and stakeholders for feedback and ideas that can
contribute to strengthening the growth and well-being of the education
community. Even while we build the capacity and capability of our staff to face future challenges in life and the working environment, OLive will anchor staff on the cultivation of "heartware" and intrinsic motivation which makes our education service unique. OLive will engage staff in building and sustaining their inner well-being, family values and work values.
With OLive
providing the opportunities, management providing the support, and
staff taking ownership of their own well-being, MOE will be a great
place for work and growth!

5thSept'12-LY session at the FNS conference
I was very fortunate to be invited to laugh with the FNS professional at their yearly conference. This year (70+) delegates came from many countries; Australia, USA, UK, Malaysia, Myanmar and many industries (government and private).
I was very lucky to be invited to attend 2 valuable days of multi-stakeholder conference:
Day 1 - Dynamic Facilitation and Wisdom Council: Creating exciting new possibilities for transformation through stakeholder engagement by Mr Jim Rough (USA) ... another way to look at solving problem through choice creation in DF and WC.
Day 2 - Due to concurrent workshop, I attended:
morning: Session A3 Technology for Stakeholder Engagement: Collaboration through Multi-wall Facilitation
by Mr. Tony Mann (UK) ... something to look forward to in future facilitation.
afternoon: Session B1 Facilitating Multi Stakeholders Who Prefer To Think And Behave Differently by Mr Terence Quek (Spore) ... colourful personality profile-Emergenetics.
