SMC group is very fortunate to be invited by Joseph (Constituency Manager from Thomson cc) to help lead a 2 hours Team Building fun cum Lyoga for their 5zone CARE Thomson-Toa Payoh Brisk walking club members. Today we have more than 150 participants. The team were first divided into 5 different Team according to the colour band wore on their wrist (in this way, each team will have a good mix of members from 5 zone). Suzanne started with a short laughter warm-up and exercise. Team building games follow(with Joseph support) : Bingo, passing the ball, guessing, first aid competition,  packing all. As we closed, Suzanne had them come together and laugh again - from the picture you can see that they all enjoy the short laughter session.

This is really the first time, SMC is involved and invited to lead a Team Building cum Laughter. Very good very good indeed...yeah!!!

15July12-TPYEast-veg

We were invited to 'play' with more than 1000 elderly men and women. There were all seated in 3 seperate locations - the main hall, outside the hall and the basket ball court with a big screen each. Although most don't play along with us but they were all smiles when we walk around to tables distributing sweets and lighted wrist stick. For this event, I was supported by: CLYL-Eric, LP-Lim, Siew Yin, Fung, Chew, Bing and husband, Fay, Asman and Minah. Betty and Yam came to join us later.

7July'12-Rainbow-Voices of Fathers

We are very happy and honour to  be invited to conduct a 1 hr "finale" for a team of close to 30 pax after their voices of fathers program organized by Rainbow Centre Yishun Park School. Thanks to Mrs Veronica Lim-Lowe Senior Family Life Educator for remembering the SMC team. As you can see from the movie, this sesion is especially for fathers (very fortunate to have mothers and a little girl joining us too)  and yes they all laugh and enjoy the session - think the video talks for itself. very good very good yeah!!!

Today Ming and myself join the Hair for Hope (HFH) program organized by Children Cancer Foundation. We had our head-shaved at the statellite,   KMSPKS Monastery. This movie captured our first 'bald' fun ...hahaha!!!

24June'12-Loyang Pri School

A morning LY session with 300 students from Pri 2, 4 and 5...Just listen to their laughter...hahaha!!!.  Today, support from:  CLYL-Doris, LP-Lim, SiewYin, Grace, Peggy and daughter-PC - very good very good yeah!!!

23June'12-WhampoaLL RC-dumpling Festival

Thanks to Yvonne from WhampoaLL RC, we were invited to celebrate the dumpling festival with them this year. So aside from the normal Karoke session, our team provide a short 40 mins of laughter session to those present.  Very thankful to have CLYL-Eric, Danny, LP-Mr Lim and family, Siew Yin, Bing, Ming and Mum to laugh together with The residents.  Very good very good yeah!!!

Special thanks to TPY central CO-Ms Mabel Chee-Constituency Manager (Wellness) for their faith and continuous support to our SMC LY team. This time around, the session by AAC-active ageing committee was for 40 elderly residence. LY Session was supported by: CLYL-Danny, Eric, LP-Lim, SiewYin, Bing, Ming mum and our special guest Kemas family(wife and daughter) from Indonesia.
